Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy for refunds and returns has a duration of 12 hours.

If more than 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Please ensure that you inspect your orders in the presence of the dispatch rider and confirm their accuracy. If your orders are incomplete or in unsatisfactory condition, the same rider will return them. However, once the rider leaves, the refund policy will no longer be applicable.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns:

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
